I had the pleasure to work with Laura. I have tried countless diets and programs over the years, and none of them have come close to Laura’s nutrition programme.

I feel like I have progressed so much over the last few months, just by changing small things here and there which have led to big improvements in my training, recovery, energy levels, weight/measurements and general mood!

Laura has provided me with the knowledge and tools to understand food and how I can reach my goals. The meal plans that Laura provide are simple, easy to follow, not hard to cook and most importantly taste delicious. For me this has made the programme more enjoyable and sustainable.

I could not recommend Bridge Nutrition enough, the experience I had has been amazing and a real lifestyle change that I now feel confident in keeping up.
