Banana Oat Cookies ⁣⁣

⁣These handy little snacks are ridiculously easy to make and are great options for pre or post training snacks or for breakfast on the go 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️⁣⁣

Calories and macros at the bottom 💪🏻⁣

Ingredients:⁣⁣
– 100g porridge⁣⁣
– 50g vanilla protein powder⁣⁣
– 2 bananas, mashed⁣⁣
– 60mls milk⁣⁣
– 40g chocolate chips⁣⁣
– 1 teaspoon of baking soda⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Instructions:⁣⁣
1. Preheat the oven to 170c.⁣⁣
2. Mash the bananas in a large bowl.⁣⁣
3. Add the porridge protein powder, and baking soda, mix well.⁣⁣
4. Add milk, mix.⁣⁣
5. Add chocolate chips, mix.⁣⁣
6. Line 1-2 baking trays with greaseproof paper.⁣⁣
7. Spoon out the mix into 10 even sized cookies.⁣⁣
8. Bake for 13 minutes.⁣⁣
9. Cool before eating, store in an airtight container! ⁣⁣
